Viewing Your ShapeShot
How do I view my ShapeShot?
- We recommend using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for viewing your ShapeShot. These browsers have support for both the WebGL and O3D technologies used on this site.
- There are specific hardware requirements for using WebGL, which can be found here.
- O3D is no longer supported for modern browsers, but is still available on our website. To download the O3D plugin manually, please go here.
- You will then need to Login using the form in the upper-right corner of the page.
- If this is your first visit here, please enter into the "Email" field the Email address that you registered when your ShapeShot was taken. Then enter your Temporary Password that was included in our email to you in the "Password" field.
- You will be taken to the "Your ShapeShot Gallery" page. We encourage you to then go to the "Account" page where you can enter a New Password for the ShapeShot site. Please enter the Temporary Password into the "Current Password" field. Then fill out the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields making sure the Passwords match.
- Press "Submit." Your information will be saved.
- Visit the "Your ShapeShot Gallery" page and click on any of the face thumbnails there to view your ShapeShot 3D Face Capture!
I have forgotten my ShapeShot Password. How can it be reset?
If this is the first time accessing your ShapeShot account, please refer to your Temporary Password that was included in our first email to you.
If you are still having trouble, please contact us at info@shapeshot.com and we can reset it for you.

What Apps for ShapeShot are available on mobile devices?
ShapeShot 3D Face Viewer - See realistic faces in 3D with the revolutionary ShapeShot 3D Face Viewer. The ShapeShot 3D Face Viewer allows you to view previously captured faces interactively in 3D using your Android mobile device.
ShapeShot 3D Bobblehead - Move and shake a 3D face on your phone using the ShapeShot 3D Bobblehead! The ShapeShot 3D Bobblehead allows you to view faces captured with the ShapeShot 3D Facial Capture System, interactively in 3D, using your Android mobile device. Drag your finger across the screen, or shake your phone back and forth, to watch the 3D face bounce around!
What devices are compatible with the ShapeShot Apps?
At present, the ShapeShot Mobile Apps only operate on Android-powered devices running at least Android 2.0 (Eclair). All screen densities are supported.
Will there be more ShapeShot Apps in the future?
Currently, we are working on porting the ShapeShot 3D Face Viewer and the ShapeShot 3D Bobblehead over to iPhone/iPad.
